The federal COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) has ended, which means the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is reviewing Medicaid coverage eligibility. They are now required to disenroll Medicaid members who do not meet certain criteria, following the same process they did before the pandemic.
